AI Interaction Data

When you interact with the TariffIQ™ chatbot (Alex Monroe), your conversation inputs are transmitted to Anthropic’s Claude API for processing. We do not store raw conversation transcripts beyond the session unless you submit a formal intake. Anthropic’s privacy practices are governed by their own Privacy Policy.

Send DocuSign engagement documents (NDA, Engagement Letter, Terms of Service)

All service providers are bound by confidentiality obligations and are prohibited from using your information for any purpose other than providing services to us.

We retain client engagement data for a minimum of seven (7) years from the date of engagement, consistent with standard business record-keeping practices and applicable tax and customs regulations. Intake form submissions are retained for the duration of the engagement plus three (3) years. You may request deletion of your data subject to applicable legal retention requirements.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including SSL/TLS encryption, Cloudflare WAF protection, and access controls on our systems. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.
